Some food facilities are classed as 'High Risk' businesses. These include aged care facilities, hospitals and child care centres. If you are working in any of these businesses you need to complete this hygiene course.
Complete this course and learn how to handle food that is served to "High Risk" customers. Learn techniques to minimise risk to customers while maintaining food safety procedures at your workplace.
This is a Nationally Accredited course, and the unit is included in the industry course - Certificate II in Health Support Services.
On completion of this course you will be issued a Nationally Accredited Certificate of Attainment.
With this certificate you would be able to apply for positions in food service areas and carers in hospitals, aged care and child care facilities.
