Anne Graham
Originally from Glasgow in Scotland, Anne decided to travel to Australia for a years working holiday. After the year was up, Anne decided the grass was greener where she came from but the sun was shinier here.
Already having chef's qualifications, she applied for residency that was granted in 1999, she then worked as head chef in a variety of restaurants before moving into management.
Now also a qualified trainer and food safety auditor, Anne has used her 20+ years of experience in the hospitality industry to train and mentor clients and their staff in a variety of areas in the workplace.

Ross Gregory
Ross has worked in, managed and owned many licensed bars and hotels in both Australia and the UK. An Aussie who moved to London and became the Managing Director for Redback Taverns Ltd, Ross has had vast experience in the hospitality and backpacker industries in the UK and Australia.
Ross consults with many large food and beverage businesses, assisting them to maximise their business profits and ensure that their staff are trained to comply with Australian state laws.
