QHI is a Registered Training Organisation. We specialise in hospitality short courses delivering online, correspondence and classroom training. We currently have two online training courses - Responsible Service of Alcohol SITHFAB009A and Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures SITXOHS002A. Both courses are Nationally Accredited. We have a host of other courses that are conducted in the classroom and by correspondence. We are a preferred training provider with Liquor Licensing Victoria and the Department of Gaming, Racing and Liquor in Western Australia.

Quality Hospitality International was set up in 2005 to deliver training to people working in hospitality and in particular anyone wanting to enter the industry.  The business is owned by Anne Graham and Ross Gregory who are both Directors and trainers within the company.  Anne and Ross have extensive experience in the hospitality industry.

Ross has 25 years experience as a hotelier and is also a qualified trainer for Responsible Service of Alcohol, Responsible Service of Gambling and Food Hygiene. Ross's area of expertise is business consulting, finance, hotel auditing services and marketing.

Anne is a qualified chef, food safety auditor and a qualified trainer. She has worked in the industry for over 20 years and has been training in hospitality for nine years. Anne's area of expertise is training Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Hygiene training in Hospitality, Health Care, Aged Care and Child Care facilities.

Quality Hospitality International focus on delivering short courses online and so far have over 16,000 satisfied customers.
